Yoga club
Engaging sessions for all age groups
We’re excited to offer engaging and fun yoga sessions for all age groups every Wednesday! Led by a fully qualified, experienced, and fully vetted instructor, children participate in yoga activities tailored to their developmental stage, ensuring a meaningful and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Yoga provides countless benefits for young children, promoting physical health by improving flexibility, balance, and coordination. It’s also fantastic for enhancing concentration and focus, as children learn to connect movement with mindfulness.
Beyond the physical advantages, yoga helps children build emotional resilience, teaching them calming techniques and fostering self-regulation. It encourages creativity and self-expression, boosts confidence, and nurtures a positive sense of well-being.
Our age-appropriate yoga sessions are designed to be playful and interactive, incorporating games, music, and storytelling to captivate young imaginations while they move, stretch, and breathe.
We can’t wait for your child to experience the joy and benefits of yoga with us on Wednesdays!

Cooking club
Helping children explore the world of food and develop important life skills.
We are delighted to offer a hands-on cooking club for children of all ages at our nursery, helping them explore the world of food and develop important life skills.
-
Under 2s take part in cooking activities every Monday.
-
2-year-olds join the fun on Tuesdays.
-
Preschoolers cook as part of their weekly forest school sessions, preparing delicious treats over an open fire.
For our under-3s, cooking takes place in the nursery building under the expert guidance of our nursery chef and attentive staff. These sessions are thoughtfully designed to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging experience for all.
Cooking with children provides so much more than just delicious results. It teaches them about healthy eating and where food comes from, encouraging them to make positive choices from an early age. They also develop practical skills like food preparation, measuring, and following instructions, while enhancing their fine motor skills and boosting their confidence.
Through these activities, children also learn the joy of working together, taking turns, and being creative – key building blocks for social and emotional development. We've also attained our Healthy Early Years London (HEYL) Bronze award and are currently working towards our silver.
We love inspiring little chefs and can’t wait for your child to join the fun in our cooking club!
Sports club
For all age groups
We are thrilled to offer fun and engaging sports sessions for all age groups every Thursday, led by a qualified, experienced, and fully vetted instructor. These sessions are designed to introduce children to the joy of physical activity, with activities tailored specifically to their age and stage of development:
-
Under 2s focus on gentle movement games that enhance coordination, balance, and gross motor skills, while fostering a love for being active.
-
2-year-olds enjoy simple team games and activities that introduce the basics of sports, such as throwing, catching, and running in a structured but playful environment.
-
Preschoolers participate in more dynamic activities, including relay races, obstacle courses, and early team-based games, helping to build confidence and teamwork skills.
Starting sports at a young age brings numerous benefits. Physically, it supports healthy growth, improves strength and agility, and helps develop gross motor skills. Socially, children learn teamwork, cooperation, and communication, while emotionally, they build confidence, resilience, and a positive sense of achievement.
Each summer, we celebrate our love of sports with a Sports Day for all children aged 2 and above. Parents are invited to join us for this fun-filled event and cheer on their little athletes as they participate in age-appropriate activities designed to encourage enjoyment and inclusivity.
